To ensure our clients' satisfaction, we embark on a collaborative design journey with them. Our journey starts with a site visit to familiarize with the space to be designed. Detailed discussions take place to esure we clearly understand our clients' needs, requests, preferences, budget and, ofcourse, timeline. Based on their input, we then present a mood board showcasing design inspiration, we also propose a variety of high-quality materials and fittings to select from, and ofcourse provide initial sketches and drawings for them to clearly visualize how their project will look like after execution. During this thorough process, we always ask for our clients' feedback and work closely with them to refine every detail until it perfectly aligns with their expectations. Once detailed discussions are finalized, we present an extensive proposal with a clear execution plan and timeline. Upon the clients' approval, our skilled team seamlessly delivers the perfect furniture solution, exactly as our client has envisioned.
Project Management
Once the drawings, measurements, timelines and delivery dates have been confirmed and finalized, our Project Management team will accordingly conduct a site visit and clearly discuss with the designated project stakeholders the steps and timeline of the project implementation process. Our Project Manager will then be able to effectively and efficiently oversee and manage the execution process.
Refurbishing and Enhancement
GGFF offers a partial refurbishment and enhancement service. This type of service is perfect for clients requesting refurbishment services for specific areas of their home or workplace rather than the whole space.
